It started out as a 70s dirt rock cover band comprised of Taylor Hawkins (drums/vocs), Chris Shiflett (guitar), and Wiley Hodgden (bass/vocs). But you knew it wouldn’t take long for Mr. Grohl to get involved somehow or another. Actually, I think the guys just kind’ve jam about with whomever is around/available at that place in time. But if you heard the buzz, you know that the cover band known as CHEVY METAL “re-united” for some performances at the SNL/Mick Jagger finale after-party over the weekend. A few additional fan-filmed videos have cropped-up on the YT, and we’ve included a couple of older vids that were out there from some past performances as well. Enjoy.
