Another killer band hailing from Portland, OR – SONS OF HUNS – began creating their unique brand of “breakneck rock” back in the Winter of 2009. The trio notes its influences from the likes of MC5, BLACK SABBATH, LEAF HOUND, THE SONICS, COACHWHIPS, and several others. The band has shared the stage with many a Portland famous including RED FANG, DANAVA, Mike Watt and his Missingmen, FELLWOODS, and more. And they’re pretty regularly jammin’ out and about along the Pacific Northwest.

The band recently released a new video for the track “Leaving Your Body” which can be found below. Be sure to hook-up with these blokes on Facebook, too. Not only do they kick out the wicked jams, they’re absolutely hysterical (perhaps one of the more hilarious artist info/bios we’ve read in some time). I mean come on… “Brontosaurus Rock?” On the “Powerblaster” label? In the “Riff Stack” genre? Hysterical. Best of luck gettin’ outta that sealed oil drum, boys. Check out some brontosaurus badass from SONS OF HUNS. New video for “Leaving Your Body” below:
